1. Services

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy, window cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings

• Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

• Appointments are subject to confirmation based on cleaner availability.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellations.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are provided during booking and may vary depending on property size and condition.

• All payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments due to client absence may be charged the full rate.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Any pets must be secured during the cleaning.

• Valuable or fragile items should be stored safely.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean or resolution at no extra cost.

7. Damage & Liability

While we take the utmost care, Shine Cleaning Services is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Items not disclosed as fragile or sensitive

• Incidents arising from poor property maintenance

Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, illness, transport disruption, or emergencies.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately.
